Parent View

We are a listening school and always reflect on what we do.

Corpus Christi asks parents to complete an online questionnaire during parents' evenings. The questions are usually based on the questions found at the Ofsted site  Parent View but we also add in some questions that are more specific to our own school.

We know Ofsted take careful note of repsonses on Parent View so we would encourage parents to fill in the questionnaire online too.

A link to the site is below.

Below you will find additional parental comments:

  • Any concerns I have are dealt with quickly and effectively and I feel comfortable speaking to Mrs Taylor and Mr Logue about any issues I may have with confidence that it will be handled discreetly and professionally. I do find the group of parents pushing and shoving outside the year 1 doors difficult, I see children struggling to see their parents and having to push past adults to get out the door.
  • The way year one is let out the parents crowed round the door making it hard to collect the children
  • The school and teachers are fantastic at Corpus Christi Primary. Both my children are very happy here.
  • Good, progressive school. We are happy to send our child here.
  • Remind some parents not to behave inappropriately. I'm hearing so much swearing in the play ground lately
  • More structured homework in year four as the year five homework is a massive leap from topic based folder homework.
  • Our kids love the school. The school communicates very well with parents. The staff care about the families as well as children.
  • Happy with both my children's progress perhaps raise concerns a little sooner, if children's work is starting to dip or if they are struggling in a particular aspect of their school work.
  • I think that Corpus Christi School has improved a lot in one year.
  • You are doing everything well! My children are doing brilliantly thanks to all of your hard work so thank you!
  • After school clubs for year 6 to help prepare for SATS . Regular feedback to parents regarding issues in school.
  • Very happy with the head teachers at this school - they have helped our daughter with building her confidence. Special mention to Mr Logue who has played a big part in her improvement in maths with extra tuition. Also thanks to Mrs Taylor for the emotional support.
  • Excellent school very happy with my child's progress and development
