The School Information (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012

As of the 1st September 2012, an amendment to the School Information Requirements came into force. The two main changes to the requirements are:

a) Schools will no longer be obliged to publish a physical prospectus.

b) Instead, there is a list of specific information which schools will be required to make available on their website.

If you would like to contact the chair of governors please contact Mr Graham Daly. If you have any concerns for the welfare of any children please contact a Senior Designated Person(SDP):

If, however, you cannot contact a SDP please let a member of staff know.

Our first priority is your child's welfare and therefore there may be occassions when our concern about your child means that we have to consult other agencies even before we contact you. The procedures we follow have been laid down by the Birmingham Safeguarding Children Board. If you want to know more about this procedure please speak to Mr Desmond.
